Where are you located?

Luna Living Co. is based in Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We operate from our local warehouse/showroom space where you can view selected lounges by appointment.

Can I view the lounges before purchasing?

Yes - absolutely. We know buying a lounge online can feel like a big decision, so we’re happy to arrange viewings or even FaceTime walk-throughs if you’re located further away.

Are your lounges brand new?

Most of our furniture is brand new unless otherwise stated. We occasionally sell selected second-hand or clearance pieces, which will always be clearly noted in the listing.

Why are your prices lower than large furniture stores?

We keep things simple. By working directly with suppliers and operating without expensive retail showrooms, we’re able to offer quality lounges at more affordable prices.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer or cash (in person only).

Do you offer finance or lay-by options?

At this stage we do not offer finance or layby options. All options must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery.

Can I pay on delivery?

In most cases, yes. We offer payment (via bank transfer or credit card payment via link) on delivery for local Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland customers by prior arrangement.

Where do you deliver?

We regularly deliver across Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Hervey Bay and surrounding areas

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery pricing varies depending on location and access requirements. Local Sunshine Coast delivery starts from $99.

How quickly can I receive my lounge?

If the lounge is in stock, delivery is often available within days depending on your location and delivery schedule.

Warranty & Returns

Do your lounges come with warranty?

All new lounges purchased come with a 5 year frame warranty and 12 months foam, leather, and fabric. This can be found in our Warranty Policy. All products are also backed by a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer law.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the bulky nature of furniture, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours. For more info please see our Returns Policy

If the lounge is in stock, delivery is often available within days depending on your location and delivery schedule.
