At Luna Living Co., we aim to deliver your furniture quickly and safely. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the following regions in Queensland:
    •    Sunshine Coast
    •    Noosa region
    •    Brisbane
    •    Gold Coast
    •    Hervey Bay
    •    Gympie and surrounding areas

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

Our standard delivery pricing includes:
    •    Sunshine Coast local delivery from $99
    •    Regional deliveries available for an additional fee depending on distance

If your location falls outside our regular delivery zones, we will contact you with a custom delivery quote before dispatch.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

You will be contacted to arrange delivery once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:
    •    Sunshine Coast: 1–3 business days
    •    Brisbane & surrounding areas: 2–14 business days
    •    Regional Queensland (including Hervey Bay & Gympie): 3–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability, traffic conditions or weather.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery generally includes placement of the furniture inside the front entrance or garage where access allows.

Assembly and packaging removal services may vary depending on the delivery location.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts prior to delivery.

Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the delivery address, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

If any damage is identified, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control including courier delays, weather events or road conditions.
