Refund & Returns Policy

At Luna Living Co., we aim to provide high quality lounges and furniture at excellent value. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

Due to the size and nature of furniture items, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if an item does not fit your space.

Please ensure you review all measurements, materials and product details prior to purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    •    Your order number
    •    Photos of the damage or issue
    •    A brief description

Once assessed, we may arrange:

• Repair
• Replacement part
• Replacement item
• Refund

All claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Condition

To be eligible for assessment:
    •    The product must not be altered or modified
    •    The issue must not be caused by misuse or normal wear and tear
    •    Photos or evidence may be required

Customer Responsibility for Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring the purchased furniture will fit through entryways, hallways, staircases and into the intended space prior to purchase and delivery.

Please carefully check all product dimensions provided on our website.

Luna Living Co. cannot be held responsible if an item does not fit into the property due to access restrictions.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, additional delivery charges may apply.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their furniture at the time of delivery. If any visible damage is noticed, please notify the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Failure to report delivery damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim.

Natural Material Variations

Many of our products use natural materials such as leather, timber and fabric. Variations in colour, grain, texture or finish are normal characteristics and are not considered faults.

Product colours may also vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Commercial Use

Products purchased for commercial use (including holiday rentals, offices, waiting rooms or other high-traffic environments) may experience increased wear. Our standard returns policy and warranties apply to residential use only unless otherwise agreed.

Sale, Clearance or Secondhand Items

Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales or secondhand are final sale unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
