Last updated: 13 May 2026

Luna Living Co. ABN: 82 243 673 811 (“Luna Living Co.”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides this Warranty Policy for products purchased in Australia.

This Warranty Policy is subject to the Australian Consumer Law. The benefits provided under this Warranty Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws.

This Warranty Policy covers manufacturing or material defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or natural characteristics of the materials used.

This Warranty Policy applies from the original date of purchase and is available only to the original purchaser.

Our warranty does not apply to products used for commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
