Estimated delivery time
Once an order is placed, delivery typically occurs within the following timeframes:
    •    Sunshine Coast & Brisbane metro: 1–7 business days
    •    Regional Queensland: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on item size, delivery location, and carrier availability. Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery arrangements after purchase.

Shipping costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on location and item size. Estimated delivery fees are as follows:
    •    Sunshine Coast: from $80–$150
    •    Brisbane metro: from $100–$300
    •    Regional Queensland: quoted after checkout prior to dispatch

Final delivery pricing will be confirmed with the customer before the order is dispatched.

Once purchased, delivery or collection will follow the estimated delivery timeframes and shipping costs outlined above.

Local pickup is available by appointment from Eumundi, Sunshine Coast
